Location
The Woodlands is situated up in the hills just 300yds from the famous Devils Bridge Waterfalls and just 12 miles inland from the coastal town of Aberystwyth. It is the ideal location to give you the variety of scenery and activities available to help you enjoy your stay in Wales.
Accommodation & Facilities Touring
The touring park is quiet and picturesque. It has level hard standing and grass pitches. Electric hook ups and tv aerial points are available if required. The park is lit at night for security and visibility. The toilet block has free showers and hairdryers.
There is a laundrette, games room, tea room and camp shop on site.

All of the caravans on the park are privately owned. We do occasionally have new and used caravans for sale. The plots are well spaced out on individual plots and the atmosphere is peaceful. A tarmac road serves all of the plots. There is a camp shop, tea room, laundrette and games room on site.
Family
For the children there is a large slide, climbing frame, swings, a non bump seesaw, round about, table tennis table and lots of space to run around in.
Food & Drink
There is camp shop selling groceries and also an adjoining tearoom which serves take aways on Friday and Saturday night. There is a village shop, hotel restaurant and public house within walking distance.
Aberystwyth is only 12 miles away with an array of shops, restaurants and cafes.
Local Activities
On the 1st Wednesday of every month there is live music at the Hafod Arms Hotel in Devils Bridge.
Be sure to take the recommended visit to the see the Devils Bridge Waterfalls and the view of the 3 bridges which span the breathtaking gorge. A trip on the steam train from Devils Bridge to Aberystwyth is also a must. You can also visit the nearby Red Kite feeding centre and enjoy the forest walks or take a mountain bike trail.
The park is an ideal base for touring Mid Wales and enjoying the unspoilt countryside. There is much to do for everyone including walking, cycling, birdwatching, sightseeing, horse riding, golf, tennis, swimming, theatre, cinema and just enjoying the peace and quiet.
